In 2 Networks offers premium and custom network support agreements that provide our customers with outsourced network administration and support facilities. We support Microsoft SBS/2000/XP/2003, and Citrix operating systems. Contract holders also benefit from priority status when support is required.
Network Support Contracts include the following services:
| Remote Monitoring A dedicated VPN or modem enables our engineers to remotely access your server to ensure the correct operation of vital network components via weekly checks including: • Amount of free disk space • Event Logs • Data system backup operation • Correct functioning of email and internet access • Anti-virus updates • Correct operation of UPS system |
| Telephone Support Online telephone support is provided from Monday to Friday between 8:30am – 5:30pm excluding public and bank holidays. |
| On - Site Attendance Premium contracts provide telephone and remote support and are subject to an initial set-up investment and an annual contract fee. On-site support hours are pre-arranged at a reduced rate. This allows you to request an engineer to visit your site to perform remedial work, install new software and/or hardware without incurring unbudgeted engineer charges. |
Custom contracts may combine or exclude any support element to suit your individual requirements.
